What is CONNECT?
CONNECT Night at CCC is a night for everyone! Bring your family, friends, and neighbors for a shared meal Wednesdays at 5:45 p.m. in the Family Life Center. The community is welcome to join us! You can attend the Breakout Session of your choice beginning at 6:30 p.m. Below is a look at the Sessions that are offered. Take the night off and let us cook for you while you "connect" with those around you. |
Adult Ministry Breakout Sessions
Coffee Lounge
Gather in the lobby for quiet time, a chat with friends, or read a book in the library.
Men’s Small Group
Men meet to offer encouragement, support, and friendship in a small group setting. The meetings are loosely structured and the conversation open-ended.
Women’s Small Group
Come enjoy the lively and interactive discussions of the book of Esther with other women as you laugh and learn together.
“Walk the Walk "
This group will connect to discuss how we as Christians can live a life of faith, outside of the walls of church, in our everyday lives.
“What Are They Thinking? — A Guide for Understanding the Opposite Sex ”
Men and women react very differently to life. They process information and respond to emotional issues in different ways. They express themselves in different ways. But they often end up with the exact same responses to each other, "I have no clue what is going on!" Using the books "For Women Only" by Shaunti Feldhahn and "For Men Only" by Shaunti and Jeff Feldhahn, this class will help us navigate the uncharted waters of the opposite sex. Life jackets are optional.
“Beginnings"
This group will dig into the book of Genesis;the book of beginnings — creation, genealogy, flood, and migration. We will look at the characters of our faith from Adam to Abraham and the intriguing stories of Jacob and Joseph. Join us for a walk through the powerful history of our faith.
Adult Choir
This is a caring community that welcomes all who would like to share their gift of song. Adult Choir sings each week in Sunday morning worship and in special events and services.
Choir practices from 7:30 – 9:00 p.m.

Children’s Ministry Breakout Sessions
Adventure Club
We believe a relationship with Jesus resembles our human relationships and friendships in many ways. Come and find out what the #1 Thing is that will change your life. Kids Kindergarten through 5th Grade are invited to this weekly program that shares the love of God through skits and stories. Children interact through games, music, dinner and other activities with a caring leader. Dinner begins at 5:45 p.m. with the Adventure Club leaders in the Family Life Center. Children
can be picked up at 8 p.m.
Connectors
Connectors is a creative program that makes learning from God’s Word a fun adventure. It involves storytelling, Bible word songs and art. This program is for children ages 3 to 5 years old while parents are at Adult Breakout Sessions.
Little Links Nursery
Little Links is a place for newborns through toddlers (age 2) while you are at Connect Night.
They will be cared for by loving care givers.
